Revised: 14 October 2026 · Effective from: [EFFECTIVE_DATE]
Cookies and similar data stored in your browser (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB) are small pieces of data stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the website recognise your browser between requests: for example to keep you signed in or remember an earlier choice.
Storing on your device (Section 155 of Act C of 2003 on electronic communications and the ePrivacy Directive) and the GDPR legal basis for later processing of what is stored are governed by separate rules. Storage that is strictly necessary to provide the service, or necessary for a feature you expressly asked for, can be used without consent; any other (analytics) storage is used only with your prior, informed and voluntary consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Refusing consent carries no disadvantage in using the Service, and you can change your choice at any time; withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
That a service has a security purpose or is not advertising does not by itself settle whether consent is needed for storing on your device, nor whether the later processing has a legal basis. That is why we describe third-party services separately below.
On your first visit you decide whether to allow analytics; “Accept all” and “Only necessary” are each one click. Nothing in analytics is allowed by default. You can open the setting from any page at any time with the footer link “Cookie settings” or the button below.
We manage two categories in the cookie notice; third-party services are described separately below:
The table lists everything Miller Ingatlan uses on your device. Some entries apply only to certain features or roles.
Withdrawal stops analytics from that point and deletes the identifiers from your device. Events already sent stay on our servers in raw form for up to 90 days; after that only aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to you remain. Because we have deleted the identifier from your device, we cannot later link those earlier events to you; so we do not promise immediate deletion of events already sent, and data-subject rights (such as erasure) are in practice not possible for them.
The following services are not switched off by the cookie notice, because they load when the page or form opens in order to work. We describe each separately and what we know:
Google sign-in: if switched on, Google’s script loads on the sign-in and registration pages, and Google may use its own storage on its own domain. Miller Ingatlan has no access to it. If you want to avoid this you can also sign in with an e-mail address and password; Google’s processing is covered by Google’s own notice, and Google acts as an independent controller there.
Google reCAPTCHA: it protects our forms from spam and abuse. According to Google’s published information, from 2 April 2026 Google acts as processor for reCAPTCHA (Fraud Defense) customer data and the customer is the controller; this change of role is not an exemption from the rules on storing on your device. reCAPTCHA may use its own storage on Google’s domain; the details are in Google’s publication.
Geoapify: Miller Ingatlan’s server requests the data for the map, address autocomplete and nearby places from Geoapify GmbH; your browser does not contact Geoapify, stores nothing there, and your IP address does not reach them. What reaches them is the address fragment you typed or the map query.
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): error monitoring. As configured, it does not collect request cookies or headers; credentials, bodies and personal data are filtered out of error reports, and Miller Ingatlan attaches an account identifier, role and page context to the error.
Besides the setting above, your browser lets you block or clear cookies and site data entirely (the method differs by browser, see your browser’s help). This may sign you out or reset your saved settings and stored drafts; necessary storage exists to make the site work, so blocking it affects how it works.
